What actually happens when a lead comes in
No dashboard, no app to install. The whole process runs on WhatsApp, from the moment someone asks for a quote to the moment you're on the job.
An enquiry comes in
Someone local searches for a tradesperson and gets in touch. That's the raw enquiry, before we've checked anything.
We qualify it before it goes anywhere
We confirm the person actually owns or is authorised to act on the property, check the timeframe they want the work done in, get a rough sense of budget, and attach photos wherever the customer's provided them. If it doesn't stand up, it never gets sent to anyone.
It's sent to matching tradies on WhatsApp
Every tradie who covers the area and trade gets the enquiry at the same time, with a payment link attached. No exclusivity queue, no "first come" list you can't see.
First to pay gets the job
Whoever pays the link first gets the customer's full details and the job. Every other tradie who was sent it gets a WhatsApp message straight away letting them know it's gone, so nobody's left chasing a lead that's no longer live.
No subscription means no risk on quiet weeks
A lot of lead-referral services charge a standing fee whether they send you anything or not. Local Enquiry doesn't. If there's nothing in your trade and area that week, you're not paying for it, and when an enquiry does go out to several tradies at once, only whoever is first to accept actually pays. You know the price before you pay it, and you never pay for a lead you were just shown.
